• The offer applies only to residential end consumers that install a natural gas Braemar Ducted Gas Heater in the Jemena gas network area and who made the purchase from a participating dealer from 1st April to 31st August 2010.
• This offer applies to new natural gas ducted gas heating installations only.  This offer does not apply to replacing existing ducted gas heating. This offer does not apply to LPG installations.
• Completion of this cash back application entitles the customer to a $750 cash back from Seeley International Pty Ltd.  A $250 discount off invoice will be offered to the customer from the dealer at the time of purchase.  The total discount is $1,000 ($750 cash back, $250 discount off invoice).
• Cash back applications may only be lodged via this web site.
• Successful completion of this form will automatically register your ducted gas heater for a 5 year extended warranty.

How to Claim Your Cash Back

Step 1 – Lodge Application Online

• Click on the ‘proceed with application’ button at the bottom of this page and complete all fields marked *.  Note: all applications must be submitted by 30th September 2010.
• An email confirming receipt of your application will be sent to you once this form has been submitted.  Note:  Seeley International cannot process incomplete claim forms.

Step 2 – Send in Proof of Purchase and Installation

• When the confirmation email is received, please mail in the following:
• A print out of the confirmation email
• A copy of your fully completed certificate of compliance
• A copy of your receipt

Step 3 – Receive your cash back cheque

• Once your claim has been received and accepted by Seeley International, please allow up to 90 days for the delivery of your cheque by ordinary mail.

• This offer applies only to residential end consumers who purchase a natural gas Braemar TH ducted gas heater from a participating dealer during the promotion period.  For a list of participating dealers, click here.
• This offer applies to new natural gas ducted gas heating installations only.  This offer does not apply to replacing existing ducted gas heating. This offer does not apply to LPG installations.
• The promotional period is 1st April to 31st August 2010.
• The online application form and proof of purchase and installation documents must be received by Seeley International on or before 30th September 2010.  Applications received after this date will not be accepted.  No extensions will be given under any circumstances.
• This offer cannot be combined with any other offer.
• Seeley International will not accept liability for any claim forms that are lost or damaged.
• Seeley International’s decision on all matters pertaining to this promotion (including eligibility to redeem the product and verification of claims) is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into.
• Seeley International reserves the right to change the closing date of the offer at its own discretion.
